The BEST Non-Alcoholic Margaritas. It’s Margarita Time - Minus the Alcohol!

Check out our 7 non-alcoholic margarita recipes with some mixed with non-alcoholic tequila.  It’s time to celebrate the sober way with our zero proof and non-alcoholic tequila  recipes.

Margaritas aren’t just for drinking with chips and salsa.  They are a refreshing combination of sweet, salty and sometimes spicy.

I’m a salty rim kind of gal with my margarita.  Adding salt on the rim of the glass enhances the sweet and sour flavors.  Some people like to drink them blended, while others like margaritas on the rocks.

A Traditional Margarita, Remade

The classic margarita is made with lime juice, triple sec and tequila.

We’ve used our Enjoy Mocktail products to craft a non-alcoholic traditional margarita

2 oz of Best Regards Agave, our version of non-alcoholic tequila

1 oz of Enjoy Mocktails Eau de Vie L'orange - American Brandy Alternative

Juice of one lime

Splash of orange juice

Agave for extra sweetness

Enjoy Mocktails has both non-alcoholic tequila and non-alcoholic orange flavored brandy, that would be a similar option to  to triple sec. Triple Sec is simply the generic term for orange-flavored liqueurs.

Cadillac Margarita, Non-alcoholic

The Cadillac margarita got its name from the Cadillac car.  Back in the day, the Cadillac used to be a premium car.  So, the margarita was a premium margarita, made with the best tequila and Grand Marnier.  We have our own signature non-alcoholic Cadillac margarita for you to enjoy.

Our Enjoy  Mocktails non-alcoholic Cadillac Margarita is the best of both worlds  - you get the sweetness from the agave and sugar, the sourness from the lemon and limes and the heat from the non-alcoholic tequila.  We always get our customers telling us that our non-alcoholic Cadillac Margarita is better than the real thing.

To make our non-alcoholic Cadillac Margarita, chill your bottle, take it out of the fridge, put ice in your favorite margarita glass, pour and enjoy.

An Italian Margarita, Remade

If you are in the mood for something a little more sweet, try this one.  Our non-alcoholic Italian Margarita is made with tequila and amaretto.

Here’s the recipe for our version of the Italian Margarita.

2 oz of Best Regards Agave

2 oz of Escape Wise Amaretto liqueur

Citrus juice - orange, lemon and lime

Splash of lemon or lime sparkling water

Pour the above over ice and enjoy!

Elderflower Margarita

Another sweet flavored drink with more citrus flavors. Instead of St. Germain, use our non-alcoholic Elderflower liqueur.

Take our traditional non-alcoholic margarita recipe and add non-alcoholic Elderflower liqueur.

2 oz of Best Regards Agave

1 oz of Escape Wise, Eau de Vie L'orange - American Brandy Alternative

2 oz of Escape Wise, non-alcoholic Elderflower

Juice of one lime

Splash of orange juice

Grapefruit Margarita

More fruit flavored, but with sour notes of citrus.

Switch out the orange juice in our traditional non-alcoholic margarita for a heavier pour of grapefruit juice.

Spicy Mango Margarita, Zero Proof

For this spicy mango margarita, we used Trader Joes Spicy Mango Lemonade.  It is spicy so make sure you like a lot of heat in your drinks.

This zero proof drink only uses mango juice, lime juice and sparkling flavored water.  We rimmed the side of the glass with tajin and salt

Here’s the recipe for the Spicy Mango Zero Proof Margarita

1 cup Trader Joes Spicy Mango Lemonade

Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Trader Joe’s sparkling lemon water

Our non-alcoholic mango margarita has a side of added tajin and garnished with lemon slice and spicy dried mango.  Serve over ice and get ready for some heat!

Berry Margarita

This is our take on the strawberry margarita.  For this berry flavored non-alcoholic margarita, we’ve used our non-alcoholic Framboise liqueur and swapped out the citrus juices for other fruit juices.

2 oz of Best Regards Agave

2 oz of Escape Wise Framboise liqueur

Juice blend - cranberry and cherry

*Or try some blended frozen berry blends like strawberry, raspberry and blueberry

Splash of berry flavored sparkling water

*For the frozen berry blend, you may need to add some water to the juice to thin it down.  You may also want to strain the seed and thicker fruit so your mocktail is not as thick of a consistency.

Blended Coconut Margarita

1 cup frozen pineapple

2 oz of Escape Mocktails zero proof Caribbean Coconut Rum

1/4 cup coconut milk

Juice from one lime

1 tablespoon agave for sweetness

Add all the ingredients to a blender, blend, and pour.

To create an even more perfect non-alcoholic margarita, here are some extra items to elevate your margaritas!

Cute cactus margarita glasses

I’m always about a fun and fancy glass!  My go to around the house mocktail glass is my rounded with a flat bottom glass. They aren’t my everyday drinking glasses, they are something that I use when I want to feel like I’m enjoying a drink.  These cactus margarita glasses will get you in the mixing and mocktailing mood.  I like the cute cactus design on them.

Square glasses with blue rims

Another favorite glass would be these ones with the blue rims. They also come in green rimmed margarita glasses. I like their heavy weight and they give more of a going out to a Mexican restaurant for a drink kind of vibe to them.

Salt rims of glasses like a pro

Salting the rim can always be a bit tricky.  I like this container because it keeps the salt all in one place and has the higher sides so the sale doesn’t spill out. I used to use a plate, but this handy gadget is best for salting a non-alcoholic margarita.  You can use a damp paper towel to wet the rim of the glass or try something that is sticky like some honey.  If you are using fresh limes in your drink, you can also place the cut lime around the rim. The juice of the lime will help create the moisture needed for the salt to stick.

A favorite salty and spicy salt

This salt uses real jalapeno powder, real key lime and lemon juice crystals, and kosher sea salt.  We recommend a thicker salt for margaritas and this salt delivers.  The flavor is tart, medium spiced, and citrus flavored.  This salt is great for adding a little more spice to your margarita mocktails.

Super cute blender

If you wanted an extra tool to add to your mocktail bar, this blender is a cute accessory and makes the perfect frozen blended beverage.
